1. About the service
conserta.app provides diagnosis, remediation, and stabilization of sites affected by AI implementations or changes that compromised layout/UX, content, SEO, performance, integrations, automations, and security.
2. Proposals, pricing, and payment
Before starting, we will present scope, milestones, timelines, and budget (fixed price or hourly).
Start may depend on a deposit, scheduling availability, and necessary access.
Taxes and fees may apply. Payment methods and conditions are listed in the proposal.
3. Access, environment, and backups
You are responsible for providing valid access (hosting, CMS, DNS, APIs, providers).
We recommend—and when possible use—a staging environment before going live.
You maintain up-to-date backups. When hired, we can implement backup and rollback routines.
4. Execution and deliverables
We follow least-privilege, keep change logs, and clearly communicate risks/impacts.
We deliver a report with fixes performed and next-step recommendations.
SEO metrics and rankings depend on external factors; specific positions are not guaranteed.
5. Content, licenses, and IP
You warrant you have the right to use the content and materials provided.
Code and artifacts produced on demand will be licensed/assigned as defined in the proposal/contract.
Internal tools, generic templates, and know-how remain the property of conserta.app.
6. Confidentiality and NDA
We treat project information as confidential.
We can sign an NDA upon request. Confidentiality obligations survive service termination.
7. Support, stabilization, and SLAs
We provide a stabilization period after delivery (as per proposal).
Continuous monitoring, SRE/SLA, and extra support hours are optional services contracted separately.
8. Warranties and limitations
We apply best practices but do not guarantee specific results in search engines, sales, reputation, or KPIs dependent on third parties.
We are not liable for outages caused by external providers, client infrastructure failures, platform policy changes, CMS/plugin/theme updates, or events beyond our control.
Liability cap: limited to the total amount paid by the client to conserta.app in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may end the relationship by written notice.
Amounts proportional to services already performed and proven expenses will be due.
10. Communications
