conserta.app provides diagnosis, remediation, and stabilization for websites negatively impacted by AI use/integrations (layout, SEO, content, performance, APIs, and security). We process only the personal data strictly necessary to serve you, in compliance with Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).
2. Data we collect
Contact: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp.
Project: website URL, brief problem description, screenshots, logs, and any information you choose to send.
Automatic technical data: IP, user-agent, pages visited, date/time, and essential cookies.
Temporary access (when needed): credentials/tokens for hosting, CMS, DNS, APIs, and integrations — always least-privilege, time-limited, and with change logs.
3. Legal bases and purposes
Contract performance (Art. 7, V): diagnose, quote, fix, and support your site.
Consent (Art. 7, I): send communications when you opt in.
Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and aggregated statistics.
Legal obligation (Art. 7, II): invoicing and accounting records.
4. How we use your data
Handle requests, prepare a proposal, and perform fixes.
Operate post-delivery support and stabilization.
Improve site experience (aggregated/anonymous metrics whenever possible).
Comply with legal requirements and audits.
5. Sharing
We may share data with cloud, e-mail, monitoring, and payment providers strictly on a need-to-know basis and under LGPD-aligned contracts. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Parts of the infrastructure may be outside Brazil. We adopt contractual and technical measures to ensure protection equivalent to LGPD requirements.
7. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed for the stated purposes and legal/contractual obligations. Diagnostic technical logs are usually kept for up to 12 months, unless longer periods are required for security/investigations or by law.

We use cookies essential to operation and aggregated statistics. You can manage them in your browser. We avoid invasive trackers.
10. Your rights (LGPD)
